Sergon Home Warranty offers a range of specialised services with skilled and experienced resources in each field. We recognise that building a specialist service starts at recruitment and we recruit the high calibre and experienced Builders/Consultants with a minimum 10 years in the Building Industry. The applicants must first pass a Residential Building Technical examination and Report Writing exercise. Testament to our high standards, Sergon turn down 85% of applicants.
Sergon then require all successful applicants to complete a 9 month training program to develop general Insurance Consultants/Assessors or Builders into Home Warranty specific Consultants.
To ensure the Home Warranty team delivers a consistent service to our Clients we then provide a Quality Assurance service involving experienced mentors to review every Client Report and scope of works produced by Sergon. Our experienced Consultants act on all Home Warranty matters from dispute resolution, non-completion matters, defects assessment, recovery action and expert witness matters.
